The Equipment Loan Library at Houston Hospice Society is available to support functioning and enhance quality of life during end of life care at home. 

The items available for loan include hospital beds with specialized mattresses, wheelchairs, walkers, commodes, bath stools and lifts.  Additional volunteer training allows HHS to offer grief and bereavement support. Respite services for palliative clients who are alone, or to relieve strain on caregivers, is also available
